The Cosmic Timing
Ray Dalio showed the world that empires rise and fall in predictable cycles — debt, power, disorder, reset.
But here’s the part most people still can't wrap their heads around. Those same cycles were mapped centuries ago, with laser precision modern models still struggle to match.
In the 9th century, Abu Ma'shar built a structured framework around Jupiter–Saturn conjunctions, linking them to political transitions, economic restructuring, and shifts in collective belief systems. He is arguably the most Abbasid astrologer and military adviser whose work was subsequently translated to latin and brought to Europe. His work, preserved in The Great Introduction to the Science of the Judgments of the Stars and translated by Benjamin Dykes, isn’t philosophy. It’s a technical timing system based on cycles, periods, and repeatable patterns.
Fast foward.
December 2020 — Jupiter and Saturn align at 0° Aquarius. Within months, the world enters a global systemic shock, institutional trust breaks down, and work, identity, and power structures begin to reorganize. This wasn’t a single event. It was a phase shift — exactly what these cycles have historically marked.
Dalio explains what happens. Cycle-based timing systems get closer to when.
But macro shifts don’t operate in isolation — they cascade through human psychology. Remember my post about the Fire Horse Year?
This is just the tip of the iceberg.
For over a decade based on my work with thinktanks, academics, executives and governments, I’ve been building a system that integrates planetary cycles with behavioral tendencies, correlating them with DSM-IV personality disorder clusters (A, B, C), refining them through Vedic shadow profiles, and anchoring them in Jungian anima and animus dynamics. Because when cycles tighten, you don’t just see economic stress — you see psychological amplification at scale: polarization, instability, identity crises.
And while most still treat this as abstract, at a strategic level timing is everything. China operationalizes long-cycle thinking through structured planning frameworks like its Five-Year Plans, and high-level decision makers don’t rely on linear forecasting alone — they layer cycles, timing, and pattern recognition into execution. You think its just a coincidence and superstition? They say millionaires don't use astrology but billionaires do.
Call it economics, strategy, or pattern science, the principle is the same. Those who understand timing don’t chase change, they position before it.
As we move deeper into this post-2020 cycle, I’m preparing to launch my cross-civilizational timing framework this summer. After having tested it on various occassions and people, a decade-long integration of astrology, psychology, spirituality and data. And the great part is, it comes without me in the picture. You get the framework. Test it.
Because in every era of transition, the loudest voices don’t win. the ones who saw it coming do.
